Five in 10 women want flexible job options that allow WFH: Survey

A survey conducted by JobsForHer revealed that in the year 2020, 40% of women professionals preferred a mixture of home and office working. In 2021, the percentage has gone up by 10%, where almost 50% (49.5%) of women employees want flexibility in their jobs. The hybrid model gives employees a sense of freedom that they can work from anywhere.
