Indian job market on a strong recovery with a 60% year-on-year increase in the number of active openings

The number of open job positions accepting applications for white-collar professionals in September rose to around 285,000 as companies across sectors such as IT/ITes, BFSI, edtech, ecommerce, fintech and consulting emboldened their hiring plans, showed the data put together by specialist staffing firm Xpheno and shared exclusively with ET.
