Only way to get women back to office - don't try

More than 90% participants said they either want to work in hybrid mode (a mix of work from office and home) or complete work from home, as per the survey by recruitment and staffing services firm CIEL HR Services which covered about 700 women who had joined the workforce during the pandemic and have been working remotely.
