Culture is an important part of any company, and a CXO's role is to lead and build the culture of the company. In today's world, where different teams and individuals work remotely or in hybrid modes, it is even harder to bring a sense of common purpose and behavior among employees. A CXO's role also includes leading transitions and breaking culture patterns. While culture is often visible, the real benefit of culture is often invisible.
