Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai top three cities for employing female applicants: Survey

Careernet's report, "Moving Towards Equality – An Overview of the Hiring Trends for 2022", looks at the hiring trends for women in India across industries. The report finds that the average percentage of total women candidates hired saw a steep drop outside of tier-1 cities, from 31% to 12.5%. The report shows companies' hiring sentiment across a range of experience levels and industries, spread over six tier-1 cities across India.
