64% of Gen Z in India wants to work for organisations with flexible work options, reveals RPG Group research
The study also reveals that according to the Gen Z population, stability at the workplace is not being stuck with the same responsibility, but it is understood to be learning, growth, job security, and an opportunity to make an impact for the company – its goals, values, and employees. Nearly 57% of the surveyed population would work for companies that foster strict work life balance.
