Myntra boosts female workforce in preparation for festive season demand

Myntra, an Indian fashion e-commerce company, is increasing the percentage of women in its warehouse and contact center operations for the upcoming festive demand. This year, 21 out of every 100 people in these operations will be women, compared to 16 in normal times. The company aims to foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace and plans to hire women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds for roles such as picking, packing, sorting, and unpacking.
