Government, private players get together to impart digital skills to youth through digital public infra model

India's Ministry of Education and Skill Development and Entrepreneurship has signed eight memoranda of understanding (MOUs) to address the skilling and job-readiness gap. One of the MOUs is with IBM, which aims to provide digital content, experiential learning, and new skills for technical careers.
