The NEET-PG 2024 examination is expected to happen in June-July, with counseling in August, news reports suggest. The National Exit Test (NExT) won't be conducted this year. The new "Post-Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 2023" state that NEET-PG will continue until NExT becomes operational for PG admissions. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences or NBEMS is yet to release NEET PG 2024 registration details
