Bengaluru: How do India’s cities stack up when it comes to job creation?

Bengaluru (20.96%) and Mumbai (20.63%) vie for the top honours in terms of the overall number of BFSI jobs in Tier-1 cities. Pune is a strong contender and leads at senior levels (25.25%), where both domain and technology expertise come into play. Mumbai among Tier-1 cities and Chandigarh and Vadodara among Tier-2 have shown strong hiring in this segment.
