Over 65% of employers consider apprenticeships as a cost-effective talent development strategy, according to a survey by TeamLease Degree Apprenticeship that polled nearly 200 industry leaders. The study found many companies believe apprenticeships replicate the impact of nurturing and enhancing skills like other transformative forces in the business environment.
