Only 14% of B School grads want to work in startups, prefer in-hand salary over bloated CTCs

According to a survey by Unstop, only 14% of B-school graduates prefer to work in startups and prioritize in-hand salary over CTCs through shares and bonuses. Nearly half (49%) of the students prefer working in established companies and large legacy firms. The survey indicates that B-school students are looking for more stable job options due to the uncertainty prevailing in the startup ecosystem. The findings also suggest that career growth is more important than salary for B-school graduates, and startups should tailor interactive engagement programs to attract new talent.
