Indian NGOs employ 45 per cent women, 24 per cent more than other industries: Report

According to a report by Great Place To Work India, around 80% of NGOs in India focus on promoting education, health, and eradicating poverty. The report also revealed that 61% of the NGO workforce is below the age of 35, with 59% having less than two years of tenure. .
