Women worker participation more vulnerable to external shocks compared to male counterparts: BetterPlace

According to the data, from 2017 to 2020, women participation in the workforce decreased by 47% largely due to the pressures put on the economy due to Covid-19. At the same time male participation in the workforce increased by 6.4%.
